Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the insoles in their original packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping envelope or box with the new label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
